My Refrigerator wasn’t cooling. I called Ken. He called back within a few minutes. He came to my house the next day. Had the problem figured out within like 20 minutes. We couldn’t get the part until the next day, but once we part came in, he changed it within 10 minutes. His diagnostic fee was lower than most places I called, but just by the conversation I had with I can tell he knows a lot about Appliances. Thanks Ken
